No public services are planned at this time for Lois Murphy, 89, of Jefferson. Interment at a future date will be at Oak Hill Cemetery, Greene County, Iowa. Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.

Lois is survived by four sons:  Jack (Linda) Murphy of Jefferson, IA; Scott Murphy of Carroll, IA;  Marty Murphy of San Antonio, TX; and Pat (Karen) Murphy of Jefferson, IA; Also surviving is sister-in-law, Norma Anderson of Elk River, MN;
