The Dallas County Board of Supervisors received a Windstream broadband update at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

The Board discussed briefly about what Windstream is doing with broadband and decided to put the item on a later agenda to for further discussion. The Board then conducted an EMS rate review to discuss the various rates that will be charged for services in the County but no action was taken. 

Finally, the Board discussed a Nationwide cleaning contract between Nationwide Office Care and Dallas County and agreed to bring the contract back at another Board meeting. The Board then discussed future board workshops. 

Also, the Dallas County Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on the proposed property tax levy at their next meeting on March 1st at 9:30 a.m.
