Adair-Casey/Guthrie had one lone wrestler enter day two of the state tournament.

Tegan Slaybaugh entered Friday after defeating Cole Frost from Don Bosco to set a matchup against Easton Schlabaugh of Highland in the quarterfinals. Slaybaugh was able to get the win in come from behind fashion. Slaybaugh down as much as five to zero but was able to get the pin in the third period to move to the the semifinals. Tegan was paired against Eli Becerra from Missouri Valley in the semifinals and was defeated by a score of 9-1.

Slaybaugh will now face Cael Judisch from Sumner-Fredericksburg in the semi-final consolation bracket.
