Wednesday, February 16th
12:37pm: Napa reported a male subject at 1505 North Elm Street, who is bothering customers as they come and go about money and cigarettes. The subject had left the area before the officer arrived. He did not locate the subject in the area.
2:33pm: Kyle Cuddy spoke with an officer in connection to a Civil Matter occurring at 504 South Olive Street.
2:38pm: Rich Burkhardt reported his dog had gotten away from him at 401 East McKinley Street. He called back a short time later and advised the animal had returned back home.
3:37pm: A Traffic Stop in the 400 Block of South Chestnut Street resulted in Joshua Faller of Jefferson being cited for, Excessive Speed.”
6:17pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Reed Streets resulted in Douglas Fulton of New Hartford being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”
8:17pm: Joseph Venable requested officers at 521 North Olive Street for a suicidal female. He advised he was holding her to the floor and the knife was lying beside them in the living room. The officers arrived and took control of the weapon and spoke to the couple. The female was transported by officers to ER to be Evaluated by a medical doctor.
