Tyler Kinkade 401 State St., Marshalltown, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.

Heather Diersen, Earlham, was traveling in the 32000 block of G Trail, when she lost control of her vehicle due to swerving to avoid an animal in the road.  Her vehicle went into the ditch and hit a utility box and a power line pole causing heavy front end damage.  Minor injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.
