A Jefferson man faces a felony charge for alleged sex abuse.

According to court documents, the Jefferson Police Department began an investigation into a sexual abuse incident on February 2nd. During the investigation, officers found that 43-year-old Richard Tuhn had performed sex acts against a female victim without her consent. Tuhn was arrested and charged with a Class C Felony for third degree sexual abuse. A no contact order is also in place between Tuhn and the victim.

He was booked and remains in the Greene County Jail under a $15,000 bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
