The Perry City Council will consider approving a pay application for the wastewater treatment facility improvements at their regular meeting tonight.

Also, the Council will consider approving a Federal Migratory Bird Depredation Permit, polling place agreements between the Dallas County Commissioner of Elections and the City of Perry and setting a public hearing date on the fiscal year 2023 proposed maximum property tax dollars.

The Council will then consider approving a professional services agreement with Bolton and Menk, accepting the award of a Wastewater and Drinking Water Financial Assistance Program by the Iowa Finance Authority and approving a grant application to the Water Infrastructure Fund for a watershed protection project.

Finally, the Council will consider approving an urban conservation grant application and multiple items relating to the Perry 2020 downtown street and utility improvements.
