12:30am: An officer assisted the Jefferson Fire Department with a Vehicle Fire at 407 North Grimmell Road. The vehicle suffered wiring damage in the area of the dash.

1:10am: Tyler Rysavy requested an officer at 100 North Olive Street, #3 for a reported Domestic Argument occurring. The officer spoke to both parties and mediated the issue.

8:47am: Karen Bowen reported a Parking Complaint in the 800 Block of West Washington Street. The vehicle had left before the officer arrived.

10:59am: Officers and deputies arrested a subject at Grimmell and Lincoln Way, who had outstanding Jefferson Police Department Arrest Warrants. Richard Dean Tuhn, 43 of Jefferson had warrants for, “Dominion/Control of Firearm by Felon – D Felony, Theft 4th Degree – Serious, Possession of Controlled Substance/Meth – Serious, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple.” During the arrest, officers located a bag of marijuana on Tuhn’s Person at the jail. The officer charged Tuhn with, “Possession of Controlled Substance/marijuana – Serious.”

12:31pm: Tom Long reported a male walking on 220th Street, near the Casino, with only light clothing on. The subject was picked up by a vehicle before the officer arrived.

12:43pm: Jim Burton spoke with an officer about issues with a neighbor at 1000 West Adams Street. The officer spoke to both parties involved and advised them to leave the other alone.

3:54pm: The Greene County Medical Center reported a subject had just drove away from 1000 West Lincoln Way Street, who was possibly intoxicated. The officers did not locate the reported vehicle.

5:31pm: A caller reported dogs left outside in the cold on Ferguson Circle. The officer checked on the animal, who had shelter and appeared to be fine.

7:11pm: A caller advised a female had fallen in the 300 Block of West Washington Street. Officers could not locate anyone in the area needing assistance.

10:51pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 600 Block of West Madison Street.

11:02pm: An officer assisted the jailer with an Unruly Prisoner at the jail.
