The next monthly discussion topic has been announced with Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson.
February’s Community Conversation event will be on the new business that deals with mental health. Megan Ball is the founder and program director of Midwest Behavioral Health. She will have two different services located in Greene County, including a detox and residential program at 603 Irving Street in Scranton, and outpatient services at 102 North Wilson Avenue on the downtown square in Jefferson. Midwest Behavioral Services offers diagnosis services for addiction and mental health illnesses on a volunteer basis.
The free program will begin at 5:30pm on Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Fellowship and snacks will be at 5pm.
