Funeral services for Eileen Sorensen, 88, of Fontanelle, will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fontanelle, at 10:30 a.m. with burial in the Fontanelle Cemetery. An open visitation will be held on Friday, February 4, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fontanelle from 2-7 p.m. and the family will recieve friends from 5-7 p.m.

Memorials may be directed to the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fontanelle, the Adair County Fair or the Fontanelle Fire Department. The Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfuenrals.com.

Eileen is survived by: her children, Jerry (Mary) Sorensen, Mike (Dixie) Sorensen, and Lori (Kent) Candee; grandchildren, Heidi (Matt) Rohrig, JW (Megan) Sorensen, Ray (Maria) Sorensen, Justin (Kendra) Sorensen, Mandi (Brian) Eisbach, Angie (Nick) Schmidt, Josh (Collen) Candee, Zach (Lynde) Candee, Seth (Jessica) Candee, and Gabe Candee; great grandchildren, Tucker, Taylor, and Treva Rohrig, Theron, Austin Hersom, and Everly Sorensen, Independence, Michael, and Liberty Sorensen, Devin and Kennedy Carlon, Isabelle and Maxwell Eisbach, Quinn and Ryker Schmidt, Waylon and Witten Candee, and Grayson Candee.
