6:08pm: A deputy arrested Richard Sabus 58 of Churdan for an arrest warrant for theft in the 2nd degree.

7:23pm: Richard Sabus 58 of Churdan was booked into the jail for theft 2nd degree.

8:00pm: A deputy arrested Krity Whisnant 43 of Sac City for a possession of a controlled substance arrest warrant.

9:07pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of South Vine Street, Jefferson.

11:32pm: Kristy Whisnant 43 of Sac City was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, January 27th

2:09pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 1800 block of Redwood Avenue.

8:15pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near 16th Street, Grand Junction.

10:41pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

11:48pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1700 block of C Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
