A local non-profit organization in Dallas County will be hosting a brand new event soon to help raise funds. 

The Rhythms of Grace Gala will take place beginning at 5 p.m. February 5th at the Veterans Reception Center in Van Meter. Rhythms of Grace is a therapeutic riding facility located in Dallas Center that offers equine-assisted services as well as therapy to children and adults with special needs, conditions or disabilities. 

You can RSVP to attend the event for $35 until January 29th, after which the price increases to $40. The money raised through the event will go to provide scholarships for riders and care for the horses. 

The event will include a silent auction beginning at 5 p.m., a barbeque dinner by Snappy’s Stick Fire BBQ at 5:30 p.m., followed by an informational session and live auction at 6 p.m. along with other activities.
