The Panora City Council met Monday night. 

The Council approved a quote of $19,122 for the sludge basin pump replacement at the water plant and discussed with engineering firm Snyder and Associates regarding plans for improvements to the storm and sanitary sewer for Jackson Street. 

Other items the Council approved include members to various city boards, which can be found below, and a support request for $1,000 to the Region XII Council of Governments Housing Trust Fund Program. Also the Board approved the purchase of a truck for $42,895 for the electric department. Finally, the Council approved the procurement policies and procedures for the City of Panora Community Block Grant Subrecipient.
