Thursday, January 6th

3:27am: An officer located an Open Door at 600 East Lincoln Way. The officer secured the building.

4:38am: A Traffic Stop at Grimmell and Clark Streets resulted in Christopher Murphy of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended and Excessive Speed.”

8:13am: An officer answered some Civil Questions for Michelle Cook.

12:30pm: An officer began an investigation with DHS into a possible Elder Abuse case in Jefferson.

1:07pm: The Wild Rose casino reported a possible Hit & Run Accident, which had occurred on 01/04/2022 at 777 Wild Rose Lane. The officer is investigating.

4:15pm: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 300 Block of North Locust.

6:43pm: An officer checked on a motorist sitting along the road near 220th and Grimmell Road. The subject was using his phone and did not need assistance.

9:03pm: A Traffic Stop near 220th and Grimmell Road resulted in Tammy Tolsdorf of Jefferson being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

11:16pm: An officer assisted the Jefferson Fire Department in checking for carbon monoxide at 513 North Olive Street, after an alarm had sounded in the residence. No CO2 was detected with the meter.
