next-to-normal

There are only a couple of performances left for History Boy Theatre Company’s winter production.

“Next to Normal” is about a mother who has some mental health issues and how that impacts the rest of her family. Co-Director Samantha Schmidt encourages everyone to see this musical.

“This show, really it’s just so real. Even if you don’t think you are a person that likes theater, this show will make you like theater. It’s about supporting people. The arts are just so important, music is so important and we just want to be able to get that out there for everybody.”

The performances will be tomorrow and Saturday at 7pm, with a meal to be served at 6. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Those who purchased tickets for the January 1st show that was cancelled due to inclement weather, can use those tickets for either of the final two performances.

Tickets can be purchased online, by clicking the link below; calling Producer Christina Rickheim at 515-370-5369,  stopping by RVP~1875 in Jefferson, or by checking out their Facebook page.
