The Greene County Medical Center has made a change to its patient care survey process.
The medical center has used Press Ganey surveys for several years and is now using a new survey from NRC Health. The change in vendors to NRC Health allows for real-time patient feedback in a user-friendly format, while also delivering a comprehensive analysis. NRC provides a shorter and simpler survey for patients and it will give hospital leadership a more efficient way to understand patient feedback in a timely fashion.
The change was made at the beginning of the year and for those patients that receive services will receive an email notification to complete the shorter survey. If there is no response within 24-hours, a second email reminder will be sent. If there still is no response, a text message will be sent the following day. An individual has 14 days to respond and will not receive another survey for the same provider, service or location for 90 days.
