While people continue to gather for the holiday season, there are some reminders for COVID-19 safety during holiday gatherings.

Dallas County Health Department Public Information Officer Ann Cochran says those who are fully vaccinated can still carry the new variant of COVID-19 which is Omicron. Cochran reminds people to be careful while gathering.

“The moral of the story is get vaccinated, and again if you aren’t yet fully vaccinated be very careful about mingling with other people.”
