Yard waste site at Daubendiek Park

Jefferson residents that are trying to figure out how to properly dispose of their real Christmas trees have several opportunities to do so.

City crews will be picking up Christmas trees from now through January 12th on a resident’s regular garbage day. All decorations and the base to hold up the tree must be removed and placed at the curbside by 6am on your garbage day for city crews to haul it away. No artificial trees will be included. Those residents that miss the cut-off day for tree removal can always take their Christmas tree to the city’s yard waste dump site at Daubendiek Park.
