Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers softball was able to put together a terrific 2021 summer season, as they were able to put up a record of 26-12 while making it to the state tournament in Fort Dodge, where they were able to end up with a 4th place finish. The Tigers were under the direction of first year head coach Lindsay Stanford, who did a great job with this group in having them prepared night in and night out.

The Tigers were able to get some quality victories in the toughest softball conference in the state, picking up victories over state runner up Boone and 3rd place finisher Winterset as well. ADM was able to beat Carroll in district play before winning in walk off fashion over Bondurant-Farrar to make it to the state tournament.

The Tigers as a team had a team batting average of .298 while hitting 58 team doubles and 34 team home runs as well.

ADM is expected to field another good team again in 2022 with hopes of making it back to the state tournament in Fort Dodge.
