A memorial service will be held on December 30 at 11:30AM at the Carris Family Funeral Home, 1721 Park Street, Perry, IA 50220 with visitation beginning at 10:30AM. Everyone is encouraged to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. Memorials preferred to his wife, Deborah Winkelman.
