Monday, December 27th

12:29am: An officer was requested at 606 North Cedar Street for an Assault occurring there. The officer arrived and made contact with a couple, who reside at the residence. The officer’s investigation led to the arrest of both parties. Ivy Christina Heithoff, 33 of Jefferson and Jesse Dean Hermansen, 32 of Jefferson, were both arrested and charged with, “Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense – Serious.”

9:25am: A Traffic Stop in the 800 Block of East Clark Street resulted in Erica Murphy of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

11:14am: A Traffic Stop at 220th and Mulberry Streets resulted in Zachary Waters-Rice of Humboldt being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

1:20pm: A Traffic Stop in the 700 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Ginger Nelson of Atlantic being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

4:40pm: Bruce Binkley requested a Welfare Check on a male in the 300 Block of South Wilson Ave. The officer spoke to the subject, who advised he was fine.

8:30pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Lincoln Way Streets resulted in Wilmer Aguilar Flores of Jefferson being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”

9:15pm: Jannon Olson reported a neighbor doing home construction and making too much noise at 604 North Olive Street. The officer spoke to the neighbor about being considerate at late hours.
