A Celebration of Life service for Wendell Spencer, 84, of Winterset, is planned for Saturday, January 1st, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Winterset Community Church, 113 S. 2nd Street, with a luncheon to follow. Those unable to attend may share their condolences at www.caldwellparrish.com. Burial will be held at a later date at the Winterset Cemetery.
