There will be several road closures in western Dallas County for motorists to be aware of. 

One of the closures will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday and will likely continue until May 31st, 2022 with 250th Street to be closed beginning at Walnut Creek. 

The road will be closed due to a bridge and culvert replacement. The bid for the project was awarded earlier this year to Herberger Construction Company in the amount of $649,012.48. 

Also, the City of Perry announced a road closure for Summer Street from Dewey Street to North Street this Thursday for a sewer repair project. One lane will be open overnight and into the next day when the project is anticipated to be completed.
