For Dallas County motorists, the construction season isn’t quite over yet, and there’s a new road closure to start Monday. 

The Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced that from Monday at 8 a.m. through Friday at 5 p.m., there will be a road closure on Old Portland Road, just north of Old Portland Lane and it will be closed due to a culvert replacement. The reopening of the road is weather dependent.
