A month-long fundraiser is underway now at the Jefferson Public Library.

The Friends of the Jefferson Library is sponsoring the December Book Sale during normal hours of the library. Items for sale include used books, as well as book bags and movies in both the adult and children departments of the library. Organizers encourage everyone to visit the book sale multiple times as items are changed out regularly. The Friends also encourage anyone who wants to donate their books or movies to deposit them in the donation box inside the main entrance between the two departments.

Proceeds from the book sale go toward additional purchases for the library.
