Monday, November 22nd

1:17am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 300 Block of North Chestnut Street.

9:10am: Jerry Matthews reported a set of Lost/Stolen Keys from 1404 Lincoln Court.

9:21am: A caller reported a Stray Dog in the roadway in the 1500 Block of Westwood Drive. The officer did not locate the reported animal.

12:10pm: An officer checked on an ATM Alarm in the 200 Block of West State Street. The machine appeared to be fine.

5:16pm: Everette Beebe reported a semi, with no trailer lights, travelling south on North Elm Street. The officer did not locate the subject.

5:49pm: A caller advised a vehicle had gone into the ditch at South Grimmell and West Russell Streets. The officer arrived and learned the driver had removed the vehicle from the ditch and had left the scene. Witnesses advised the officer that the young driver was driving very erratically when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch. The identified the driver and vehicle involved. The officer made contact with the young driver, who advised he was the driver of the vehicle. The officer issued Conrado Ottoniel Jaimes-Diaz, 15 of Jefferson citations for, “Fail to Have a Valid Driver’s License, Careless Driving, and Fail to Maintain Control.”

5:58pm: Valarie Levy spoke with an officer concerning a Civil Issue occurring with an ex-boyfriend.

7:44pm: An officer assisted with a Medical Call in the 500 Block of North Olive Street.
