Tuesday, November 16th

9:48am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on 220th Street and Kirkwood Avenue.

2:25pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 100 block of North Wise Street, Paton.

3:30pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trying to locate a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of West Vest Street.

7:26pm: A deputy conducted tobacco compliance checks around the county and everybody was compliant.

7:26pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 235th Street near Parkland Avenue. Neal Peterson 75 of Perry struck a deer with a 2004 Saturn Vue causing an estimated 4,000 dollars damage.

Wednesday, November 17th

7:00am: A deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Fire responded to a single vehicle rollover accident on U Avenue just north of 220th Street. A juvenile with a learning permit was learning to drive and dropped a steer tire off of the shoulder and over corrected. The rolled into the West ditch totaling the vehicle. There were two passengers in the vehicle. There were just minor injuries and nobody was transported. The vehicle was a 2002 Jeep Wrangler.

10:27pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 900 block of 180th Street.

Thursday, November 18th

5:30am: The Sheriff and a deputy arrested Kage Gordon 25 of Howell, New Jersey for arrest warrants for Child endangerment causing serious injury, Conspiracy to commit a forcible felony (2 Counts), conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony, and conspiracy to commit an aggravated misdemeanor.

6:55am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1100 block of M Avenue.

7:58am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of 180th Street.

6:13pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1100 block of State Street, Scranton.

7:25pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an anhydrous tank in the ditch on 283rd Street and T Avenue.

7:48pm: Kage Gordon 25 of Howell, New Jersey was booked into the jail for Child endangerment causing serious injury, Conspiracy to commit a forcible felony (2 Counts), conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony, and conspiracy to commit an aggravated misdemeanor.

11:50pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

Friday, November 19th

12:02am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1000 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

2:32am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1000 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

3:29am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1000 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

5:46am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, Jefferson.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
