Guthrie County ISU Extension continues their Fall Feel Good Mental Health Awareness campaign. 

During the month of October, the campaign focused on raising awareness of mental health in the agriculture industry. During the month of November they are focusing  on small business owners in Guthrie County. Both farmers and small business owners that were selected received a bag of goodies full of resources and tools to promote mental health and relieve stress. 

The campaign has given out 100 bags around the Guthrie County area. The campaign includes  resources that are available such as Iowa Concern, that helps people with a variety of topics on mental health.
