“It’s all about the process,” Greene County Activities Director Todd Gordon told Raccoon Valley Radio when asked about the girls’ basketball program under the direction of first year head coach Tori Ogden. The Rams haven’t had a winning varsity girls’ basketball season in more than a decade and the new coach is a head coach for the first time.

A.D. Gordon added, “Sometimes we get impatient with the process, but Coach Ogden is committed to that and I’m very excited for her. She’s very enthusiastic and it’s just so fun to see first year coaches and the excitement. It kind of brings back a lot of memories for us old timers. She’s got great relationships with the girls and she’s worked hard already, and I know she’s going to work hard throughout the season and she’s going to learn a lot. She’s going to take those things and continue to grow as a coach.”

The Rams open the season with a girl/boy doubleheader on Monday, Nov. 29 in Ogden. Both games will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
