Adel-DeSoto-Minburn girls basketball is getting ready for the 2021-22 season today when they have their first practice of the season, as they hope that wins will follow this year. The Tigers finished 9-15 overall and 6-12 in Raccoon River Conference play last year, and hope that with three returning starters along with good talent off the bench they can get back to a winning record.
The Tigers are projected to have five seniors on their roster, and will be welcoming back top returning scorer in junior Nicole Storck, who averaged 11.3 points per game and 6.1 rebounds per game, as she will look to help lead this Tigers program this year. Other returning starters are seniors Olivia Tollari and Claire Greenslade, with both solid offensive players along with being terrific defenders for this Tigers team as well.
The first week will be focused on installing different offensive and defensive schemes, as well as getting good competition as well.
The Tigers will open up on the road two weeks from today, when they play Norwalk Warriors on the road, so ADM will be looking for good practices these next couple of weeks as they will hope to show improvement this year.
