The Perry City Council discussed fireworks regulations at their regular meeting Monday. 

The Council decided they will potentially have another work session to discuss fireworks in the near future. Also, the Council approved a change order, pay request and statement of completion and final acceptance for the t-hangar drainage improvements and an agreement with Aviation Planning Group for professional services. 

Also, the Council approved the official street name map for Perry, set public hearing hearings on November 15th for a proposed rezoning, the status of funded activities for the community development block grant response and recovery grant contract, and the approval of a development agreement with the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance

Finally, the Council will consider multiple items relating to the runway extension project as well as fixing a date for a public hearing on a proposed public improvements project for December 20th at 6 p.m., a plat of survey to create parcel 21-58 and  the site plan for parcel 21-58 for construction of a Kwik Star in Perry.
