AC/GC boys cross country was able to earn the schools first ever team state title in cross country.

Head Coach Colin Shawgo says that his team was confident going into the state meet, ranked 1 in class 1a. Shawgo explains that the program has come along way in a short amount of time.

“Its amazing when I started we had four boys out and two high school girls and that was only eight years ago so to see our program grow the way it has been its a testament to these kids, their great kids.”

AC/GC was able to win the state meet with 75 points and an average time of 17 minutes and 21 seconds.
