The Guthrie County Conservation Department is looking to make improvements to Nations Bridge Park.
Conservation Director Brad Halterman says the current showerhouse in Nations Bridge Park is outdated, which makes it hard to meet the current regulations. Halterman states what they are looking for in a new showerhouse.
“So we are looking at the new showerhouse to have two different rooms obviously and each of those will have a shower, sink but also restroom facilities in there too. So that’s a huge upgrade from the old one to the new one.”
Halterman says the timeline for the new showerhouse to be done will be mid to late summer of 2022. He advises residents that there could be a period without a showhouse in Nations Bridge Park.
