9:13am: Oly’s Corner reported someone had placed items in the businesses’ dumpster at 208 West Lincoln Way Street. The officer is investigating.

10:06am: Valarie Levy spoke to an officer concerning a Civil Property Issue occurring at 701 North Cedar Street, #29.

12:50pm: Tyler Smits spoke with an officer about a possible Harassment Issue by text. The officer advised him to stop responding to the subject, or block them.

4:07pm: A Traffic Stop in the 1700 Block of Westwood resulted in Brandy Kirk of Scranton being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

9:32pm: Tyler Rysavy requested an officer at 100 North Olive Street for a Domestic Issue occurring with his wife. The officer spoke with the couple about the issue. The officer transported the female to ER to be evaluated by a Medical Doctor.
