A  bakery in Perry will hold a special event  with a local organization to celebrate its opening. 

The Perry Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a ribbon cutting for Maddie Cakes Bakery to celebrate the new business as well as it becoming a new Chamber member. The event will begin at 10 a.m. this Thursday. 

Those attending will include the owners of the bakery, Maddie and Brandon Kelderman, Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti as well as other members of the Chamber. The event will be open to the public as well. 

Maddie Cakes Bakery is the newest business in downtown Perry and the ribbon cutting coincides with their grand opening and marks the Chamber’s sixth ribbon cutting in 2021.
