One Guthrie County town is doing Halloween a little bit differently this year.
Bagley Mayor Ruth Riley says the City of Bagley is having their second annual “Spooky Halloween Parade,” but this is a different type of parade.
“Decorating vehicles and golf carts whatever people may want to and the families stand out in their yards and we drive around the town and throw candy.”
Riley says that this idea was presented last year to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. She says they are looking for donations in candy. The parade will be from 5pm to 7pm on October 31st and the parade will travel to every street in Bagley.
