Funeral services for Monte Hook, age 85, of Carroll will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lidderdale. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery near Lidderdale.

Visitation will be held at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll on Wednesday, November 3, 2021  from 5 – 7 P.M. where there will be a prayer service held at 7 P.M.

The casket will be moved to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lidderdale at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday where visitation will resume until 10:15 A.M.

Monte is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his children and their families: Doug (Karen) Hook of Carroll, IA, Pam Hook of Fort Dodge, IA, Candi (Bill) Rotert of Waterloo, NE; eight grandchildren: Josh Kruthoff, Nikki (Kenton) Ewing, Dustin Hook, Travis Hook, Nathan Hook, Kyle (Travis Verbeck) Rotert, Madison (Rishabh Ajmera) Hook, Dannielle Hook; four great-grandchildren: Tisyn, Karsyn, Paisley, and Jackson.
