Unit 2 Black 2011 Mazda registered to Sofia Isabel Reyes Gaitan, 21313’ct St., Perry driven by
Numan Vsail Vargas, 710 181h St., Perry.
Unit 1 was stopped at the stop sign on McCall Street facing east and began to turn left onto 1’1
Ave and struck unit 2 that was southbound on 1’1 Ave. Total estimated damages $1800. Driver
1 cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way. Driver 2 cited for failure to provide
proof of financial liability accident related and no valid driver’s license.
Officers received a report of harassment in the 1700 block of Evelyn. Situation addressed.
Oct 17:
Received a report of a theft in the 1000 block of 261h Street. Wallet and contents taken. Under
investigation

3rct Offense Dog at large issued to Joyce Ann Augustine, 1815 41h St, Perry.
Oct 20:
Arrest: Cory Lane Atkins, age’44, 2320 Warford, Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County
Warrant for failure to appear, original charge of driving under suspension Also charged with
driving under suspension.
