Brooklyn Burgher, Huxley, was pulling into the parking lot at Casey’s, when she was struck by William Kennedy, Dallas Center, as he was backing out of a parking space.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Burgher’s vehicle was estimated at $1800.  There was no damage reported to Mr. Kennedy’s vehicle.  Mr. Kennedy was issued a citation for No Valid Driver’s License.
