2021-corn-maze

This weekend is the annual Deal’s Orchard Fall Festival.

There are several free activities for people to enjoy, including hayrides, live music from the Fiddlers, along with visiting the Apple Barn and their pumpkin patch. There are also other activities that will cost money, including sand and spin art, pony rides, and the popular Apple Acres that features a giant jumping pillow and a corn maze. This year’s corn maze design is that of a pickup truck. Additionally, there are lots of food options like pork burgers, hot dogs, walking tacos, donuts and pie.

Christy Deal tells Raccoon Valley Radio they expect to see lots of people at the fall festival because of the lessened restrictions against COVID-19 and the mild weather. She urges people to bring cash as some of the activities do not accept credit cards. There will also be a shuttle service from the overflow parking lots to the orchard. The Apple Barn and Apple Acres is open from 8am-6pm.
