A reminder that tomorrow will be a special presentation at the Greene County Historical Museum in Jefferson.

The Greene County Historical Society, the Jefferson Public Library and Humanities Iowa are hosting a special guest speaker and author of  the “Iowa Confederates in the Civil War,” with David Connon. The Earlham resident will talk about the 76 Iowans that fought for the Confederate Army during the Civil War. He will also go through the strains and turmoil of life and politics in Iowa during that time period. 

The free program will be at 2pm with refreshments to follow. Connon will sell and sign copies of his book following the event.
