The Adel City Council will consider approving the acceptance of water system improvements at their regular meeting Tuesday.

Also, the Council will consider approving two final plats for Southbridge Plat 4 and Southbridge Plat 7, a change order and pay estimate for Adel water system improvements ground storage reservoir and amending the code of ordinances by adding provisions relating to low-speed electric bicycles and fully controlled access facilities.

Finally, the Council will consider approving an amendment to the engineering services contract between the City of Adel and McClure Engineering for the Adel wastewater treatment facility improvements and consider approving the next steps for Adel’s major priority projects of Rapids Street reconstruction and various overlays throughout the city.

The Adel City Council will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Adel City Hall.
