For the first time in 11 years, the Perry Jayette volleyball team will get to keep their own trophy as John Fulton’s squad continues to look sharp after defeating Des Moines Hoover, Des Moines North and Saydel and the Perry High Invitational.  The Jayettes dropped only one set all night.  Taylor Atwell led Perry with precision passing all night and finished with 22 assists in the win over Hoover.  Peyton Tunick and Maci Tunick enjoyed solid nights at the net while Callie Steva led the team in blocks.  Perry will return to action Saturday at the Indianola Tourney.
