Following a temporary injunction by a federal judge to temporarily stop Iowa law that bans mask mandates in schools, the Panorama School Board has not had talks about implementing masks in their buildings.
Superintendent Shawn Holloway says unless things turn for the worst the School Board is not concerned about mandating masks.
“You know on the overall numbers and those were very low amount, so unless something dramatically changes with our numbers then I would anticipate continuing what were currently doing.”
Holloway says the measures that are currently in place and have been working such as sending sick students home and providing students with hand sanitizer.
