The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a car crash near Perry Monday. 

The Sheriff’s office, Dallas County EMS and Perry Fire Department responded to the wreck in the 18000 block of J Avenue at approximately 2:03 p.m. Monday with injuries being reported from the incident. 

According to the Sheriff’s office a car was travelling northbound on J Avenue when the driver rear ended a grain cart being pulled by a tractor which was also travelling northbound. The driver of the car was transported to the Dallas County Hospital.
