A Colorado man has been arrested on multiple sexual abuse charges from an investigation by the Perry Police Department. 

According to court documents 48-year-old Timothy Earl Kilmer has been charged with Class B Felonies for two counts of second degree sexual abuse, Class C Felonies for three counts of third degree sexual abuse, and a Class C Felony for first offense third degree sexual abuse child victim. 

Court documents show the offense dates range between May 8th, 2004 and February 1st, 2014. Six criminal complaints were filed with the Perry Police Department on August 20, 2021 and a warrant was issued for his arrest on August 23rd. Kilmer was a former Perry resident who moved to Colorado. 

Kilmer was arrested and taken to the Dallas County Jail where he is being held on no bond awaiting his initial appearance in October.
