COVID-19 case numbers continue to increase in the Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area. 

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard, as of Monday, Dallas County has 14,238 total positive tests, for an increase of 286 cases since September 14th, and 102 deaths. Guthrie County has seen an increase of 31 cases since September 14th with 1,475 total positive tests, and 32 deaths. Adair County has 1,085 total positive tests, for an increase of 14 cases since September 14th, and 34 deaths. Greene County has 1068 total positive tests and 12 deaths as of September 12th.

As of Monday, statewide, there are 463,376 total positive tests, and 6,401 deaths.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers hospital data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 176 hospitalized patients,39  in intensive care units and 19 admitted in the last 24 hours.
