The American Red Cross is searching for volunteer Disaster Action Team members in  Guthrie and Adair counties. 

As a Disaster Action Team member you would assist with fire and flood victims in the area.

The volunteers will have to complete a two-day in person training camp to learn skills to start responding to floods and fires. There are two upcoming camps in Des Moines on September 18th and 19th  and in Spencer on 25th and 26th
