Join the fight against cancer with the Relay For Life Guthrie County at the Guthrie County Fairgrounds Sunday.
Cancer survivors and anyone affected by cancer is welcome to participate in the Relay For Life Guthrie County. The event will have a silent auction starting at 11am , cake walk starting at 11:30am , live music and pie auction that starts at 1pm . The opening ceremonies will be at noon and then the survivor celebrations will start with luminary signs. Committee Member Kim Durst states the fundraising goal for the Relay For Life.
“Our goal is to hit $50,000 this year so we are just hoping that people will come out to support our event. You know as we say every dollar counts.”
The event will be from 11am until 2pm on September 19th. The Relay For Life will be accepting free will donations and also those planning on going can sign up to be on an existing team or make one.
