A brand new school has opened in the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District and community members who want to view it will have the opportunity to do so tomorrow. 

The Meadow View Elementary building has officially opened and serves approximately 500 students from second through fourth grades. The district will be hosting an open house tomorrow beginning at 5:30 p.m. with opening ceremonies followed by an open house. 

The ceremony and open house will feature several speakers, including Superintendent Greg Dufoe and Meadow View Elementary Principal Jodi Banse who will give brief comments on the opening of the new building by the main entrance followed with a ribbon cutting. 

Following the opening ceremonies community members are invited to tour the facility and enjoy cookies and lemonade in the cafeteria until 7 p.m.
